Hi, I'm Sascha. I design systems that work — and I care deeply about craft.
I've spent my career in retail and ecommerce: on the shop floor, in operations, in finance and sales, and leading teams. Most recently that has meant running operations for a locally-made fashion brand — Shopify, inventory, customer experience, fulfilment — and advising makers and small brands on how to structure things without compromising what they care about.
Outside of client work I'm a furniture maker and woodworker, and I teach at a community workshop in Melbourne. That practice shapes how I think about business: the best structure is the one you barely notice, because it simply holds.
I work in English and German, and I'm drawn to people and projects that value doing things properly — with care, intention and real relationships. If that resonates, let's talk.
